Although the result of this expedition is meant to be more practical than scientifical, learning and complementing knowledge regarding tea and wine from experts is something that I find mandatory in the preparation of this adventure.
At this point, I find myself extremely excited about the idea of joining Luís Mendonça de Carvalho and his Tea Course at Fundação Oriente Museu, and Luis Gradíssimo and his Wine Course at Wine Club Portugal, that I will be attending in the next couple of months.
